By creating an account or using SameNest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SameNest is a web application for shared households to manage finances, shopping lists, documents, events, and household coordination. The service is provided by Global Knowledge Future LLC.

What happens when the trial ends
After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
Nothing is deleted. Until you subscribe, the app is locked and takes you to the subscribe page — your data stays exactly where you left it.

Availability
We aim to keep SameNest available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of liability
SameNest is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Back up any data you consider critical.
Intellectual property
The SameNest name, logo, and application code are owned by Global Knowledge Future LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can close your account by contacting us via our contact page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
